American School Of Laughter Yoga

Sebastien is the founder of the American School Of Laughter Yoga, an organization that started in 2004 and played a major role in introducing the Indian laughter yoga exercise regime in North America, and continues to play a major role in social laughter clubs.

Since 2005 he has volunteered his time to lead the Pasadena Community Laughter Club.

Sebastien has over 10 years of full-time teaching experience in his field and has travelled over 1/2 million miles bringing laughter to 1000s across the Americas, Europe and Australia.

He is the author of 100s of articles on the healing benefits of laughter as well as a series of reference ebooks and DVDs on Laughter Yoga and Laughter Wellness.

Sebastien currently dedicates most of his time to running the Laughter Online University (LOU), a worldwide leading supplier of online laughter education. LOU was created to meet an ever-increasing demand for people who want to experience a greater understanding of wellness through laughter. LOU offers laughter education and support to individuals and professionals worldwide who want to have fun making a difference while helping their family, peers and clients laugh to “live fully until they die.”
